Introducing GTM Innovators – My Podcast
I’ve been working on—something that has been on my bucket list for years.
This week’s post is going to be a little self promotional. Normally, I focus on sharing insights, lessons, and experiences from my journey, but today, I want to highlight something I’ve been working on—something that has been on my bucket list for years.
I started a podcast!
Now, I’ll be the first to admit that self-promotion isn’t my strong suit, I kind of loathe it, but I realize it's utility. But after launching this project a little over a month ago, I’ve already recorded hours of conversations with some incredibly smart people, and I’m excited to share the conversations with you all.
Introducing GTM Innovators
If you’ve followed my career, you know that I’ve spent over 15 years navigating the world of B2B SaaS—working across product, marketing, sales, and customer success. Through those experiences, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling go-to-market (GTM) strategies. It just seemed obvious to take that knowledge, build upon it, and share it with others who are equally passionate about the space.
That’s what GTM Innovators is all about.
In this podcast, I sit down with some of the brightest minds in the industry—leaders who have successfully built and scaled GTM strategies—and dig into their experiences, lessons learned, and the innovative tactics that have helped them thrive. I get to ask them all the curious questions I have, and honestly, who wouldn’t love that opportunity? We also talk a lot about the new thing on everyone's mind, AI.
What We’re Talking About
I’m structuring the podcast around five big questions that are shaping the future of GTM strategies:
AI and Automation – How are they transforming sales, marketing, and customer success?
Big Data – What role does data-driven decision-making play in modern GTM strategies?
Personalization – How is the evolution of personalized customer journeys impacting businesses?
Integration – Why is seamless integration within cloud-based platforms critical?
Omnichannel Communication – What makes it essential for customer retention?
Each episode dives deep into these topics, offering actionable insights that listeners can take back for their own career and personal growth.
Why I Started This Podcast
At my core, I’m a problem solver. I love asking questions, learning from smart people, and figuring out better ways to do things. This podcast is my way of continuing that curiosity—while also creating a platform for others to learn alongside me.
If you’re someone who is constantly thinking about how to refine your go-to-market approach, whether you're a founder, product leader, marketer, or sales executive, I think you’ll find value in these conversations.
